I was disappointed by the ineffective air conditioning in the room!!! Also, the noise insulation left much to be desired, as every conversation from the hallway was bothersome.

The hotel staff provided exceptional service, especially during check-in when they accommodated our early arrival. The breakfast options were diverse and satisfying, making our mornings pleasant.

great access to parks and major attractions for city strolls

I really enjoyed my stay with a comfortable room and the hotel being just 500 meters from Puerta del Sol made it super easy to explore the heart of Madrid. A lovely 15-minute stroll brought me to the beautiful Parque del Retiro where I spent hours walking and relaxing in nature.

My kids wished there had been a coffee maker in the room for late-night snacks. It would’ve made our mornings much easier!

we had a lovely stay at petit palace. the location is perfect, just moments from gran vía and all the stores like primark. our room was modern, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. special thanks to the friendly staff, especially pablo, who was super helpful with our requests.

Staying here was a delight! The lovely view from our room was amazing. The clean, spacious bathroom was a nice touch, and the late check-out without extra fees made our departure smooth. Definitely a great spot for families!

i had a lovely stay at the hotel. the location was perfect, just moments from gran vía and all the shops. the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, making my few nights in madrid truly enjoyable.

The Double Room with Terrace was super nice—clean and comfy. The terrace was huge with an awesome view and a nice breeze that was perfect for chilling. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Just a heads up, accessing the terrace rooms involved going through a different entrance, but it wasn't a big deal. Overall, great stay!

heart of the shopping district. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. However, the elevator was a bit cramped, making it challenging for those with larger bags.
